Finally getting around to catching up. Hope you get a lot of mileage out of it.
The best was when my dad was dying in a Vegas hospice, and my boss called and asked how things were going. I said, "To put it Vegas terminology, the over/under is four days; but the smart money's on the under". She didn't know what to say, but I had to hold back the laughter. Dad was out on the morphine, so he couldn't hear me or influence the line.
