So, my therapist (the imaginary therapist who only I can see because real therapists cost money) told me it would be good to write my ex a letter, expressing the things that bother me that I haven't said out loud. My therapist also said I should stop drinking so much, so obviously therapists aren't always right, but I decided to sit down, ponder a while, and write a well thought out, well written letter expressing my thoughts, my regrets, my true feelings about how I feel. Here's how it came out....
Dear Ex,
You suck.
Sincerely, Bobby
Either that means I need to think some more, learn to be a little more expressive in my letters, or, possibly it all boils down to the simple fact that my ex really does just suck.
I mean, I usually think a lot, I'm pretty expressive, I am a good communicator. I think my ex just sucks.
I'm glad I don't pay for therapy.
